Description
This one pound squeeze bottle of light spring honey is raw and unfiltered. The shade of this honey will vary from year to year, depending on which blooms are most prevalent. Blossoms that make up this honey are many spring blooming trees such as Maple, Cherry, Apple and Locust, as well as early blooming raspberries, black raspberries and clover.
Our spring honey has a sweet and delicate flavor with a hint of spice. This is the most common flavor that people associate with honey.
Note that since our honey is raw, it will crystallize over time. In order to de-crystallize it you will need to heat it slightly in a warm pan of water or even on the windowsill on a summer day. Do not heat the honey above 140 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid damaging the bottle and pasteurizing the honey.
DO NOT feed honey to children under the age of one year.
